The Mustang
Flight simulation enthusiasts understand that while visuals provide the scenery, the audio immerses you in the pilot's seat. Recognizing this, we have spent the past few months meticulously crafting a P-51 Mustang “Sound Pack” for Microsoft Flight Simulator, aiming to deliver an unparalleled auditory experience that resonates with both casual simmers and seasoned aviators. We wanted to pay our respects to this iconic warbird in a way that hasn’t been done before.
Authentic Engine Sounds: Capturing the Heartbeat of the Mustang
At the core of the P-51 Mustang lies its iconic Packard Merlin engine, renowned for its distinctive growl and performance. In collaboration with Pole Position Production, we captured high-definition recordings of this legendary engine. The result is a sound pack that authentically reproduces every nuance—from the initial rumble of startup and rattling in the cockpit as the engine warms to the robust roar at full throttle.
Unmatched Flyby Effects: Experience the Thrill
One of the standout features of this sound pack is its advanced flyby audio effects. Designed to emulate the exhilarating sensation of a P-51 Mustang soaring past at an airshow, these effects incorporate realistic distance attenuation and the characteristic "gun-port whistles" unique to the Mustang. This attention to detail ensures that every flyby is heard and felt, adding a visceral layer to your simulation experience.
Immersive Cockpit Experience: Precision in Every Detail
Beyond external sounds, we’ve invested significant effort into enhancing the in-cockpit audio environment with the help of Erickson Aircraft Collection in Madras, Oregon. Utilizing cutting-edge spatial audio techniques, the sound pack delivers precise placement of sounds, reacting dynamically to pilot movements and actions. From the subtle rattles and shakes during engine startup to the ambient noises of flight, every detail has been crafted to provide a fully immersive cockpit experience.
Compatibility and Future-Proofing
Understanding the diverse preferences of the flight simulation community, we have ensured that this sound pack is compatible with multiple versions of Microsoft Flight Simulator. Initially designed for the Aeroplane Heaven P-51D, it integrates seamlessly with the "Reno" P-51 aircraft from the MS/Asobo Reno Expansion. The sound pack is also fully compatible with the default P-51 in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, ensuring your enhanced Mustang audio experience continues uninterrupted.
Conclusion: A Symphony of Engineering and Artistry
Echo 19 Audio's P-51 Mustang Sound Pack transcends traditional add-ons by offering an audio experience that is both technically precise and emotionally engaging. It captures the essence of the Mustang, allowing pilots to not just fly, but to feel the legacy of this legendary aircraft. Whether you're performing aerobatic maneuvers or cruising at altitude, this sound pack ensures that every moment in the cockpit is as authentic as possible.
For those ready to elevate their flight simulation experience, the P-51 Mustang Sound Pack is a testament to what happens when passion for aviation meets excellence in sound design.
Note: For a visual and auditory preview of the sound pack, Echo 19 Audio has released a teaser video available on their official YouTube.

You Spoke; We Listened
Our next "new" audio production for DCS: World will be a sound modification to the F-15 Strike Eagle. By popular demand, we'll be adding some of our signature touches to this aircraft! No ETA, but we're excited to finally announce that it's a work-in-progress. The reworked sounds will include as much as we can with the limitations by standard sound modding practices. We'll be aiming to improve the external sounds as much as we can, as well as the internal audio. I'm excited to share more with you all in the coming weeks and months!
DCS: World Projects, Moving Forward
In 2025, we will ramp up our update process to ensure our add-ons are consistently updated. We have several fixes in the pipe and several additional fixes planned to keep our sounds relevant in the current versions of DCS. This includes some needed fixes to CORE, some quality-of-life improvements to the F/A-18C, and others.
We also plan to revisit the F-16 this year and potentially some other warbird aircraft. In addition, we still plan on releasing an update to our Super Hornet audio to match the new work that CJS is doing! There are other "official" 3rd party projects we are also working on, and we're so excited for everyone to hear our work.
2025 Self-Published Projects
We plan on several new sound packs for existing FS20/FS24 aircraft offered by Asobo and other third parties. Tell us, is there an aircraft you think should get an update from us? (this would be an addon similar to the Super Hornet) We are considering the FS24 A-10 Warthog, FS20/24 Bonanza, FS20/24 T-6, amongst a few others.
The FS24 version of our Super Hornet add-on is still being worked on as we await updated/remade liveries for the new sim.

How We Do It
Get the inside scoop into how we produced the Super Hornet Audio Pack and the people that helped make it happen!
How we created the Super Hornet Audio Pack for Microsoft Flight Simulator
Just like any project we work on, it starts with a goal and an aircraft. Whether it’s a small Cessna, an expensive luxury helicopter like the Bell 407, or in this case - a multi-million dollar military aircraft, one requirement is consistent: We need to get close enough.
Over the years of building connections, talking with folks in the aviation community, and building professional experience, one of the most valuable elements of creating audio is social networking. Once we can obtain access to the aircraft, the process is relatively straightforward but still challenging.
In the case of the Super Hornet, we were able to get access to an F model Super Hornet at my local airshow in town, through connections and official media access. The demonstration unit was more than happy to help with any recording needs and was instrumental in the creation of this audio package.
Over the years, I've accumulated a set of professional recording equipment that I can customize for specific aircraft. In this photo, I am using a Rode NTG3 shotgun mic, combined with the onboard stereo mic capsules on the Zoom H6 recorder. The H6 was set to record incoming audio at 96 kHz at 24-bit for the highest possible recording quality.
Offscreen, to the right, another microphone array was set up with a Rode NT4 (stereo X-Y) paired with a Zoom F3, recording at 32-bit float and also 96 kHz. I was able to capture some audio at up to 192 kHz, which is as impressive as 96 kHz.
I kept the equipment to a minimum because I had to transport it back and forth from the media area at the show, which was about a half mile away and only accessible by walking or golf cart.
This year, in 2024, our access to the military performers would not have been possible without the Battle Creek "Field of Flight" Airshow and Balloon Festival! This airshow has been a popular event in the SW Michigan area for a very long time and is one of the coolest traditions our area has. Not only this, but our show is one of the most sought after for the various military acts. Specifically, the "Rhino Demo Team" has stated that Battle Creek is one of their favorite shows to perform at and has been a staple in the lineup for several years, back to back.
I hope you would consider checking out this amazing show sometime! Considering how expensive other shows are, this one is definitely one of the most affordable events. General admission tickets are usually only $15 per person (kids under 3 feet tall are usually free) and parking is only $5 most days. Considering how many military performers have been scheduled in the past few years, it's one amazing deal - especially for someone like me who can be out at the field every day!
As I mentioned earlier, the Rhino Demo Team was extremely supportive of whatever audio captures I needed - as long as we were safe and out of the way of the crew's needs to prep and launch or recover the aircraft (easy enough). The team also allowed us to use exclusive GoPro footage that was used to help create the new cockpit ambiance that you hear in our audio pack!
I wanted to mention another person who played a key role in this project: my friend Marvin Boyd. He is a skilled videographer with a passion for aviation photography. Marvin took on the responsibility of creating a "mini-doc" of the Rhino Demo Team. As part of my responsibilities, I aimed to assist him in capturing audio for his video, including interviews and the actual performance. Take a look at the final result below!
After the airshow ended, I started editing the sounds I had recorded during the week-long event. It took several weeks to finish because I had other projects to focus on. Once the basic audio structure was completed, I began compiling and editing the audio to match the default Super Hornet in Flight Simulator.
To create the flyby sounds alone, I used over 52 different samples.
The most advanced flyby audio system ever created in a flight simulator… all integrated natively with Wwise.
It is crucial to understand the advanced capabilities of our flyby audio system for the Super Hornet. Our work in this area is highly unique within the industry. We have paid careful attention to ensuring that the aircraft sounds distinct in all phases of flight from a remote perspective.
When the aircraft is in afterburner, it will sound different on approach compared to when it is in milpower. The same can be said when it's flying past the camera. Every throttle adjustment creates a distinct sound, and the player can experience this firsthand. Being able to control such incredible power in a flight simulator is truly awe-inspiring.
A photo I took while recording one of the demonstrations.
We're not finished yet! As we continue to learn more about Wwise and push the boundaries of our simulation, we'll keep updating this audio package. There's a lot to look forward to, especially with the new Flight Simulator 2024 just around the corner, which we plan to support at no extra cost to our customers.
The Super Hornet Audio Pack for MSFS marks a new milestone for Echo 19. We poured all our efforts into creating this add-on. The community has been enjoying the audio so far, with some saying that it "feels like you're getting a brand new aircraft." Since the base aircraft is free, it's incredibly easy for everyone to experience our work.
I hope you've enjoyed this small look into the production of the audio pack for the Super Hornet. It was truly a labor of love, and I'm incredibly proud of the product we've created.
Thanks for reading!

Welcome to the Blog + Update(s)!
Thanks for tuning in to our blog and reading up! We actively post on our Discord a lot more often, however, I wanted to write a small update for our main website as well. I will try to post here more often as well, so, without further delay - let’s get into it!
What’s the scoop?
Tyler next to a P-47 Thunderbolt at the Field of Flight Airshow in Battle Creek, MI
Over the last several months, I have been extremely busy with all of our amazing clients and partners working on various projects for our two main flight simulators; DCS: World and Microsoft Flight Simulator.
A lot of the projects are already known, however, many remain behind closed doors until the time comes to announce our work to the public. The past few months, specifically, have gotten much busier as we start to see more and more developers come to us for assistance. More value is being placed on sounds, and we are here to help these studios make the best out of their addons.
Most recently; we’ve done work with Aeroplane Heaven on their P-47 Thunderbolt and refreshing their engine audio on the aircraft. After expressing feedback to the AH team, they had reached out to me a month or two later and asked me what the possibilities looked like. Long story short, audio was recorded and I set out to re-create the P-47 in MSFS as well as I could with some operating restrictions. Challenges aside, the end result is fantastic and I am happy to put my name on this project.
B-2 Spirit by Top Mach Studios
Another noteworthy development has been with Top Mach Studios. The team has hired Echo 19 to complete various aircraft sound packages; including the recently released B-2 Spirit, and the upcoming T-7A, SU-30 and YF-23 aircraft. We are also almost done developing a completely new sound package for the F-22 Raptor, which will be used in the YF-23 package as well (minus some adjustments/changes as needed).
The B-2 was a big challenge. Not only is this aircraft large, however, it is classified. Recordings and any close proximity video was limited to what was publicly available! This made designing audio challenging, and extremely time consuming, however; we wanted to get it right, and so did the Top Mach team. All of the audio heard on this aircraft was approximated, based on feedback from B-2 operators (without violating operational security rules) and publicly available resources. The B-2 embodies our desire to push the envelope, even when we can’t actually record the aircraft ourselves.
Recording equipment next to a Super Patriot Mark II by Patriot Aircraft
We’ve done a lot over the past several months, and it only continues to get more exciting! Just last month, I had an opportunity to record a Super Patriot (Mk II) down in Bentonville, AK, with the company's owner and the amazing Parallel 42 (//42) crew, who are creating this beautiful aircraft for MSFS. It was a truly amazing trip, and I can’t wait to share more as we continue to roll out content.
There’s a lot more going on behind the scenes, and we’ll keep it that way until we have things to show, but we are all very excited about the future of our operation!
Please join our Discord where you can get more regularly posted news, interact with the team, and much more. Thanks for stopping by!
A new year, a new look!
IT’S TIME FOR SOMETHING NEW.
Thank you, all, for your continued support. While we work on additional changes to the website, we wanted to allow some of you a look at what we’ve been up to.
If you’re reading this - congrats! You’re one of the first to know. A formal announcement will be arriving soon.

DCS / Community Updates Postponed
Hello everyone,
Just as I was uploading the teaser video that was released yesterday, I was made aware of a rapidly declining situation with one of my close family members. Here at Echo One Nine, we are a passionate group of aviators and sound enthusiasts alike - but it is my goal to operate a company that is not above setting everything aside for loved ones in a time of need. In this case, my family needs my support and presence during this difficult time.
With how many moving pieces are involved in the updates to our free addons and all of the other exciting things that are planned for our community, I have had to make the difficult decision to postpone today’s planned community update launch. As hard as this is, it is also my goal to operate a company that values excellence. You know Echo 19 for not just the great audio experiences we craft, but also in the exciting way we launch and announce our products.
I want to make sure we are putting our 110% into everything we do, whether it is for you, our loyal group of addon supporters, or our project partners.
Please keep my family in your thoughts and prayers as we navigate this time. Thank you so much for your patience, unwavering support and encouragement over the past few years as we've grown as a business.
There are big things on the horizon, and even though life sometimes has other plans, we are excited for the future and can't wait to take you with us.

Echo One Nine Audio Production
It's been a while...
Howdy all! It's been a while... it's time for some change!
First off, there are a lot of new people here!
So for those that don't know who we are and what we do; E19 is more than just a sound mod group, E19 (or Echo One Nine) is an audio production company built to aid developers (1st and 3rd party) with their integration of immersive soundscapes within flight simulators and beyond! The mods for DCS were designed to give us a creative outlet, to build our brand, and most importantly - to establish a community of aviation and audio enthusiasts alike. We've been successful in both avenues, and I am extremely thankful for every single one of you who have downloaded our mods, joined our Discord, donated to our vision, and are an active part of our community. Some of you may have noticed that the website has undergone some changes. I've posted a new section that allows our fans to immediately see what we're working on, regardless of Discord or Patreon status, under the "Products" page. There have been several refinements to the site, with more on the way as I go over the next set of changes!

Introducing the P-51 and Spitfire audio enhancement packs! Much like the other sound mods for DCS, these two are sure to make you smile. The default sounds on these two birds were already great, but we wanted to give them the Echo 19 touch and we are very pleased with how the initial versions have turned out!
The P-51D started out as an experiment, that quickly turned into a passion project for our team. An incredible shoutout to our newest audio engineer, Don (Skullz) for his hard work and long nights getting this bird’s audio ready for release! I would also love to recognize Macca on our Test Pilot team for the amazing and thorough feedback. Last, but not least, I’d like to think Magic Zach (Red Magic) for his contributions as well, and for providing the amazing liveries used in the video and screenshots for the P-51! We sincerey hope you enjoy it.
Here is the launch video that was created to celebrate today’s update and release launch!
Next we have the Spitfire! The Spitfire was also incredibly challenging, as they are much harder to find flying around in the U.S. Still, I did not let that stop me from doing the very best I could. Armed with the highest quality samples I could locate, I set out to create a richer, deeper sounding Spitfire experience. With the help of our Test Pilot crew, we’ve been able to accomplish that!
These two prop planes mark the first official releases that are prop-driven in DCS: World. We know they aren’t perfect, but they are both labors of love and we hope you all enjoy them just as much as we did creating the audio for them! Now is a great time to jump into these planes, as ED offers free trials - as well as a newly announced sale!
Viper, Hornet and CORE!
We are also excited to surprise you all with some smaller adjustment updates as well. We call these “Quality of Life” updates (pronounced QOL). Catch a glimpse of the changes made to the Hornet and Viper in today’s video!

Weekend Newsletter - 8/20/22
Hey @everyone and thank you so much for an incredible launch week for the F/A-18C Hornet Audio Expansion update. We have gotten a lot of amazing feedback, thanks for continuing to support what we do.
Hornet Update - Post Launch
With the launch of the Hornet, there were some items that we wanted to address since it's debut last week. You will find that a new patch was issued for the Hornet mod today, and can be downloadable through accessing your Gumroad account, or navigating back to your original email once you "purchased/obtained" it.
The current version is 1.0.5 and the patch notes are as follows:
- Updated Howl to reduce "flyby" effect bug in F2 (you can still hear it, but sounds more natural now).
- Tweaked various gains that were affecting carrier operations (unable to properly hear some effects while on the deck)
- Adjusted some other effects for better F3 flybys.
As a quick note: make sure you have this option enabled on PC. This will greatly enhance the overall mix and volume of your game! One individual said it was a game changer. Be sure to check it out to make sure you're taking full advantage of our audio. https://pureinfotech.com/normalize-sound-volume-windows-10/

New Staff! Say hello to two new incredible @Staff members! We are so thrilled that our team is growing as a result of the incredible opportunities we've had to share content with the DCS community.
First up is @Don (Skullz)! You may or may not know him from his incredible work on the highly acclaimed Huey sound mod a while back. I was inspired by his work, and was a foundation for what we did with the Huey audio in the CORE audio pack for DCS. He has a keen eye (and ear) for detail, thanks to his background in Law Enforcement and his service as a U.S. Marine. I am beyond excited for what Skullz will do with us, and even more excited to be working along side him as we continue inspiring the communities around us. His experience in DCS stretches much further than just the Huey sound mod he produced, but also reaches into X-Plane and other projects as well. Welcome aboard, Skullz!
Second is Logan (@dcs_world_photography)! Logan has been helping us behind the scenes with social media recently and we have decided to bring him on, officially, as our social media specialist! He's done an amazing job with his own Instagram account (go follow him!) but also taking great care to our account as well. I am super appreciative of what he's done so far, and am excited to see what the future has in store. You will start to see more regular posts, about what's going on - and what we do behind the scenes, across multiple platforms. Make sure you are following us! Welcome aboard man!

In other DCS: World Audio News:
P-51D Mustang Audio Skullz is taking over this project for me, as I move into and start focusing on some other unannounced projects behind the scenes! We will be working closely on this, however, the Mustang is his favorite warbird and I know that it is in good hands. I'm excited for what Skullz will do with the Mustang audio!
Spitfire and CORE Audio As work on the Hornet dies down for now, and the other primary fighters in a good position (audio wise), the rest of the team can start focusing on the Spitfire and bringing new updates to the CORE mod as well. We have a lot of fixes already completed for CORE, but will also be bringing in some new additions as well, to freshen things up. More on that at a later date! -- On the Horizon: There are so many things happening behind the scenes we aren't allowed to share yet, but I am beyond excited for the partnerships and opportunities that have come our way! As soon as we are able to share with you all, we will. From our entire team - thank you. Have a fun, and safe weekend! -Tyler

New Hornet Audio is Here!
Hello everyone and welcome to launch day for the F/A-18C Hornet Audio! 😄
We are so thrilled that we are finally ready to share this project with the general public. Below are some notes, other news! Let’s dive right in…
The Hornet Audio Expansion update for DCS is now officially LIVE and ready for you to download. I really hope you all enjoy the immense work that went into developing this audio from scratch - literally from the ground up. This update is more of a “re-launch” due to how much has changed. We’ve hit the reset button on our updates, so we are starting at Version 1 this year on the Hornet since it has gone under such extensive revision.Everything shy of button switches and tones were adjusted/changed/tweaked or completely redone. I’m not going to list everything that was changed, as it’s extensive, but just know that when you launch DCS into this new audio, you will immediately notice the difference.
Here at Echo One Niner, we pride ourselves on delivering the best experience possible to you - the end user. If there are any questions on either how we accomplished this result, equipment we used, or how you can get more involved in our cause - please feel free to reach out to me personally or post in the comments/appropriate discord channels!
A quick thanks to a few individuals: 🙏
I am super excited that we had the opportunity to showcase this to the public via the Virtual Summer Air Festival this year, as a first official look and demonstration! Huge thanks to Macca for helping make all of that happen. Also, a huge thank you to DuFFMan (a CF-18 mechanic) who provided many amazing resources for us to use including first hand recordings of cockpit audio, canopy sounds, and so much more. Your help is beyond appreciated and you definitely left your fingerprint on this project!
MUSTANG 🐎
Progress is coming along nicely on the P-51D project, you may have seen a very brief look at the work done so far. We have a bit of a ways left to go until we are ready to show it off in full detail, but I am excited to share more once we have enough completed. Helix with Apex also created a gorgeous livery for us to use, check out some screenies!
SPITFIRE 🔥
Nothing new yet to share, I am limited on time and can only work on a couple of projects at once. Now that the Hornet is complete, we will be shifting efforts into the Mustang and Spitfire projects, as well as a couple of unannounced projects (more details coming soon!)
PATREON 🏅
We have gained a few great Patreon Supporters this month, who are helping us by allowing me to spend more time in the development of these mods. I am beyond grateful for the supporters we have so far - getting past the first goal was great, and now we look forward to reaching our second milestone! I try to post behind the scenes content, as well as other cool features, to our Patreon community. I hope you might consider joining our little community on Patreon to help continue making these mods a reality.
HELP 🆘
We are also looking for some more help in creating audio, if you or anyone you know might be interested in helping us develop audio (not just mods, but for other projects), please let me know! I want to continue making mods, but it is hard for me to do alone and our other amazing developer (Smiley) has been very busy IRL. Please reach out to me at this email if you are interested: info@echo19audio.com and be sure to include previous history in content creation, and any other background information that will help. You may also reach me on Discord. These positions are unpaid, for now, and are volunteer based until we are more established.
That’s it for today - thank you to everyone for making all of this possible! See you all again soon.
Have fun, and fly safe! ✈️

Launch Notes
Quite a bit has changed between the Viper and Tomcat; here’s some revision notes!
Tomcat (F-14 A/B by Heatblur Simulations): Version 1.8
Lots of new sounds from flyby effects to tweaks and adjustments on many levels.
New rear, front, side flyby audio. Note that the rear flyby audio includes engine pitch information that was included to "simulate" results I wanted. In a future update, perhaps this can be removed and we can use the actual powerplant in-game to produce this whine. For now, this is what we got. Also has new afterburner close, mil power sample and distant afterburner audio.
Viper (F-16C Fighting Falcon by Eagle Dynamics): Version 2.5.5
The cockpit mix has been adjusted to provide a better experience to the player.
Revamped several internal features
New flyby effects have been added to increase overall external immersion of the aircraft.
Tweaked some configuration settings for external audio that will aid in audio immersion.
Known issues:
F11/F3 at higher speeds will produce a whining sound that is a result from RPM2. Currently there is no way around this other than reducing volume, which then removes other desirable effects. I will be taking this to ED to see if there is anything that can be done.
Credits / Special Thanks
A huge shoutout and big thank you to Foxtrot and dcs_world_photography for their hard work and help with the cinematic video the past couple of weeks! Also; thank you to our Test Pilot crew and partners for thoroughly vetting and testing the F-16/F-14 mods before their release.

This Week's News/Updates! Mod news, Patreon and More...
Today we have some exciting things to cover, it’s a bit of a lengthy update but please read through to the end. I appreciate it!
F/A-18C Hornet Audio: 🐝 this place is gonna bee buzzin’! Excuse the bee pun, but we are excited about our next Hornet version release! I recently had the opportunity to record about half a dozen low altitude passes from our nearby Hornet squadron. Our goal with this next iteration will be to better match the quality of samples used on the latest F-16 audio release. I have just finished sourcing the audio for this and we will be starting production on it very soon!
F-14 Tomcat: 🐈 We have released a release candidate client to our amazing @test pilot crew! The next iteration of the Tomcat will provide many welcome quality of life enhancements to both the exterior and interior audio. Tell us! What features, audio wise, would you like to see changed on this aircraft? Let us know in the #suggestions and feedback channel!
F-16: 🐍 At the request of the amazing IDF Projects team, we have created a quality of life update for the Viper audio overhaul as well. This is not as extensive as a usual update, however, I’m sure you all will love the changes! We will be releasing this update alongside an upcoming release of the F-16I Sufa mod, which will feature some unique audio to the Pratt & Whitney power plant. Here’s a quick sneak peek at the latest developments of the F-16 audio overhaul, featuring the F-16I Sufa mod by IDF Projects!
Our YouTube has a new look!
The old “IntrepidGaming” branding is officially gone. From now on, all media on this channel will be branded as “Echo 19 Audio”. This is exciting as we look forward to creating more content in the future!
A personal thanks from Echo 19:
Thank you all so so much for your continued support, whether it be financially by donating, through Discord, YouTube, or by sharing with your friends and family. I am so grateful for the amount of people that have joined the Echo 19 cause and am very excited for what the future holds. Since moving to the Fort Worth area, I have been able to capture some amazing footage and audio. This area provides me the opportunity to constantly be immersed in military aviation, and couldn’t be happier!
Last but not least…
A lot of you may or may not know, but my wife and I are expecting our first born at the end of this month! We are so excited to hold him and see him face to face. With this, me and my wife have decided that she needs to be at home - raising our son. This means I’ll need to get a second job, and work part time in addition to my already full-time position in order to make ends meet. Having to get a second job would almost certainly eliminate the time that I would have available to create content and continue doing what I love here at E19.
That said; I had an idea. I don’t typically like asking people for help - but I need your help!
I have created a page that our most dedicated fans and supporters can contribute on a monthly basis. Since our work in DCS is purely voluntary, our mods on DCS have been and will remain free for everyone to use. However; the donations we have received have gone towards gear, software, website / file hosting costs and also forwarding some of that to our amazing staff. If we can get enough people on board, monthly, I’ll be able to stay at home with my wife instead of finding a second job - and treating E19 as my “second job” instead.
I know it’s a big ask, especially with the world we live in. I love creating content here, and am passionate about the work we do! I want to continue doing it, but I need your help.
If you can donate monthly, my wife and I would be so incredibly grateful and it would mean the world to us.
You guys are amazing, thank you again for your passion and dedication.
Sincerely,
-Tyler
CORE 1.5 Released, Viper Patch and Tomcat news!
Hey everyone!
With 2022 in full swing, we have some great news to share. Version 1.5 of CORE is officially available for download! Below is a full range of new audio, and fixes, in this update. Be sure to check it out and download the latest version from Gumroad! We are also releasing a small patch for the Viper audio production as well.
Here is a video highlighting most of the features available in V1.5 of CORE.
Stick around to the end for a glimpse at the new and improved (WIP) audio for the F-14 Tomcat! We are hoping to have the F-14 audio completed before spring, and even sooner if time allows. Stay tuned!
Thank you so much for all your support!
Development Report: Jan 29, 2022
With V1.5 of CORE officially released, we’ll start focusing more towards development of our next planned projects. The next primary goal is to complete the next update for the F-14 Audio Production - with a secondary goal of implementing new warbird audio into CORE. Like the P-51, BF-109 and others, while also continuing to make tweaks/adjustments where needed. These goals will continue through Q1/Q2 of 2022, you may see some small patches or updates in the meantime, before our next major content release.
Beyond that, we have also set goals to slowly introduce ourselves to the Microsoft Flight Simulator community. We’re planning on covering the Super Hornet for our first product launch, instead of a commuter plane, but is subject to change. This will be something to look forward to towards the end of the year, as we are learning a completely new file system and a new platform. If there are jets or even other aircraft you’d like to see us do sound packs for, in MSFS, please leave us a comment!
We also have several unannounced projects that have already been in the works for some time, and are excited to share news about them as they arrive.
Thank you to those that donate through PayPal/Gumroad, it has enabled us to invest in new equipment - to bring everyone bigger and better products!
That’s all for now, thanks for reading!

Happy New Year!!
We are so excited to share yet another year with you all. We have some very exciting things planned for this brand new year, which we will slowly announce as time goes on. I wanted to thank each and every one of you for the support, donations and feedback that we've gotten in 2021.
Things will only get better from here! Our focus has always been on "quality vs quantity" and we are committed to growing our abilities in audio engineering and sound design, beyond DCS: World and into other communities. 2021 was one hell of a ride, lets make 2022 an even better one!
Next DCS/E19 patch: we are getting back into the swing of things after the Holiday Season and New Years, expect a couple of patches to arrive late next week to address some of the compatibility issues. Thanks for the continued feedback!
Finally; the first video of 2022! This has been a joy to create. From the intro, to the exciting outro and everything in between. This is truly a love letter from myself, Jordan (AFK) and Stan. Jordan helped me create this amazing work of art, as he provided a lot of feedback as well as some amazing cinematic shots. This video took weeks of production, with some recordings dating back to this past summer - we hope you all enjoy! 2022 is going to be amazing, and we couldn't be more grateful for your support.
